About The Role: 

The Support Content Management team at Fyul is currently seeking to recruit a Content Specialist.

You will undertake the responsibility of creating and monitoring existing articles in alignment with Fyul's procedures and workflows. In addition, the role involves the preparation of content that accurately represents Fyul’s perspective for our Merchants, internal team and our marketing and product teams.

This extends to the collaborative development of articles on new features with product teams for our Merchants on the Help Center.

You should have exceptional English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Simplifying complex procedures, whilst maintaining attention to detail, would be ideally suited to this role.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:

  • Keep the existing articles up-to-date and reactively edit articles in case there are some changes in CS procedures/workflows

  • Oversee the active CS templates and make sure they are in alignment with Printify’s and Printful’s TOV

  • Optimize the user-friendliness of the Knowledge Base

  • Prepare content requested by CS Agents, Team Leads and Managers 

  • Preparation of written instructions outside of Knowledge Base if requested

  • Continuously follow the best industry practices of TOV and promote them within the CS Team

  • Preparation of written content representing CS Team's view/affairs for marketing and product teams if requested

  • Prepare the weekly Customer Support newsletter in order to ensure that the team is consistently up-to-date

  • Work together with product teams in preparing Help Center articles on new features

  • Keep the existing articles up-to-date and reactively edit articles in case of changes in website Ul or other aspect of Printify’s and Printful’s Product

  • Contribute to regular content review processes to ensure the accuracy and relevance of all materials by identifying and removing outdated information.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Printful and Printify chatbot through content optimization and knowledge gap identification and resolution.

Your Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, including English fluency

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in team environments

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Ability to break down and simplify complex concepts and procedures

  • Experience with writing and/or communication roles

  • The ability to proactively identify blockers and act on opportunities for spreading new knowledge

  • An open-minded attitude and eagerness to learn more

  • Efficient time management and organizational skills for daily tasks

  • Copywriting experience is a plus

  • Experience with information organization and collaboration tools like Confluence or Coda is a plus
