Position Summary
We are excited to announce a fantastic new opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Architectural Coatings team based in Carrickfergus. Our brands, Johnstone’s and Leyland Paint, are supported by a 60,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility in Carrickfergus, along with 27 Johnstone’s Decorating Centres across Ireland. A day in the life of…
As a Customer Support Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional support to customers via multiple channels
- Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Providing key support to sales representatives and other areas of the business
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and solutions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support or similar role desirable
- IT Literate and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, positive customer facing approach
- Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
