Mobile Infrastructure - Mobile Networks COO SC Supply Chain Management is an organization of 700 professionals in ~70 countries worldwide. Our main responsibilities are to deliver competitive performance to enable Nokia Mobile Networks’ growth and optimized profitability and cash by ensuring supply capability for entire Hardware (HW) product portfolio according to market requirements and business targets. We provide integrated Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) including risk management (supply, excess & obsolescence).
Working as part of the MI MN COO SC Supply Chain Management Market Operations APAC team you will be accountable for supply chain design, implementation and E2E supply chain operations for Mobile Networks scope, covering one or multiple customer teams (CTs). You will be responsible to identify, plan and manage supply chain activities to meet CT & BG (Business Group) business targets. You will deliver competitive supply chain performance to enable CT growth and optimize profitability & cash position.
You will join Market Unit Oceania team for MN, which gets you to work with customers on the front line of new network technology deployments in the market. As Supply Chain business owner, you will be an integral part of CT financial planning and will have a great opportunity to learn customers’ business models. These essential elements support you to build solid base for any future career development within Nokia.
We are looking for a person who has project management skills, proven customer focus and track record for successful delivery execution.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Support pre-sales with supply chain design, supply chain resource planning and logistics costing in line with customer requirements
- Manage supply chain business planning in relation to CT business management – order intake and revenue execution, HW demand and inventory planning
- Execute efficient supply chain operations in alignment with agreed cost baselines, driving accurate delivery plans to meet business project execution targets in terms of quality, compliance and cost efficiency
- Accurate demand planning for HW based on CT input and roll-out plan
- Conduct risk assessment and mitigate supply risks and associated challenges
- Orchestrate order, delivery, and invoicing mgmt. of MN products (HW, SW, Services) in all business scenarios and in full alignment with planned revenue booking
- Orchestrate DOP management and Last Mile process
- Act as SPOC for Supply Chain related complaints and escalation point from CT and/or customer and manage further escalations & requirements
- Collaborate with other Business Groups’ (BG) Supply Chains for multi-BG opportunities
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven track record from successful supply chain management
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage, set and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to stand pressure
- Ability to effectively communicate across organizations and stakeholders
- Good in written and spoken business English
- Highly independent and self-directed and proactive work style with ability to prioritize
- Ability to see the big picture but also having a strong eye for details
- Good knowledge in Microsoft O365 tools and apps
