As a Customer Supply Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, value-adding supply solutions to our customers across the EMA region, while working closely with colleagues throughout the supply chain.You will join Customer Service & Logistics, an internationally minded team that acts as the internal voice of the customer and ensures a seamless flow from production to shipment. The role and your impact:As Customer Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and orders end to end, ensuring a high-quality customer experience beyond core order processing. You will be a key link between customers and internal stakeholders, translating customer needs into effective and sustainable supply solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and professional service
- Managing customer orders end to end and taking ownership of deviations, challenges, and escalations
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Warehouses, Quality Management, and Finance to ensure smooth ordering and delivery processes
- Translating customer needs into tailored supply solutions related to cost, order size, packaging, shipping methods, frequency, and documentation
- Identifying and driving process improvements that strengthen customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
In addition, you will support team colleagues on shared customers and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Service & Logistics.
What you’ll need to be successful:- Recently completed education within supply chain, logistics, or shipping, or
- Several years of practical experience working with customer service processes in a global company
- Experience with SAP SD R/3 or another ERP system is an advantage
- Solid MS Office skills
- Fluency in both Danish and English, spoken and written
- You enjoy working in a busy, multicultural, and fast-changing environment with daily deadlines
- You have a strong attention to detail and a high focus on accuracy
- You are proactive, curious, and motivated to develop yourself and take on new responsibilities
- You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
- You are a team-oriented individual who can also work independently and take ownership of results
- You actively contribute to optimizing workflows and procedures
- 37 hours per week
- On-site location Bagsværd, additional locations will be Lyngby and Avedøre
- We have a professional office setting with close cross-functional collaboration
