About The Role:
The Customer Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong customer partnerships, ensuring that our supply chain execution is best in class. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a readiness to learn and adapt while propelling Feastables towards its growth objectives.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual with a background in customer supply chain management, capable of both significant individual contribution and robust leadership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the order to cash process for customers, working in NetSuite alongside our 3PLs, Warehouse Operations, Logistics and Accounting
- Partner with our broker network, Sales and Supply Chain teams to successfully plan and execute customer launches, promotions and activations
- Serve as the face of Feastables to external retail customers, providing highest level of service and collaboration
- Monitor customer inventory levels and weeks of stock - closely collaborate with Supply and Demand planning & PRGM teams to understand customer ordering patterns, volumes, and variances to forecast
- Partner with Warehouse Operations and VAS facility to execute successful display programs at our retailers
- Monitor customer KPIs, driving efficiencies and profitability alongside Sales and Logistics where possible
- Develop innovative supply chain solutions based on customer insights to achieve common goals and objectives
- Work closely with Demand and Supply planning teams to ensure proper inventory levels across 3PLs for deployment process. Ensuring inventory is available to fill customer orders
- Partner with Finance to validate monthly deductions that hit the Supply Chain P&L, and support the dispute process if needed
Recipe For Success:
- 5+ years of experience in customer supply chain management, preferably within food/bev CPG
- Able to quickly grasp new concepts, multitask, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mentality with a 'self-starter' approach
- Adept problem solver who seeks innovative and creative solutions, with a consistent attention to detail
- Comfortable with an unstructured work schedule
- Strong analytical/excel skills are essential
- A sense of urgency and effective time management
- Highly organized and a strong communicator with demonstrated cross-functional experience
- A leader and team player: ability to work and make decisions autonomously while fostering collaboration and engagement with the team to ensure alignment
- Capability to manage workload effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality output
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel to visit customers as required
