YOUR TASKS:
- Customer service and building relationships with business clients (manufacturers of passenger cars, trucks, industrial and agricultural machinery)
- Coordination of daily activities with internal teams (sales, procurement, logistics, and production)
- Analysis of customers’ purchasing forecasts
- Order management and logistics planning
- Handling and resolving complaints
