About the Role

We are looking for a Driver Success Representative to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. The Driver Success Representative fosters relationships with drivers and small trucking companies, helping them to learn and develop confidence with our platform. This position will work with the operations and engineering teams to create an exceptional education experience for drivers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guides the customer (driver) through initial onboarding to the system and retention on platform
- Manages up to 100 drivers per rep
- Monitors driver status on filling out required information
- Sets Automated Outbound Reminders to drivers regarding action needed tasks
- Onboards drivers from auto-processing and make sure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
- Checks in daily to ensure all paper is completed
- Checks in with drivers' clients once onboarded for day one, day three, day seven check-ins, and then based on customer satisfaction
- Visualizes KPIs and comes up with a plan of action to reduce driver churns
- Educates drivers on avg income, coaching points, and to maintain high driver morale during periods of low demand
- Maintains lasting relationships with driver clients.

Requirements
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.
- Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
- 1 year sales or related experience and/or training
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaker preferred
Compensation: $60-65k salary
