Hypori Inc. is seeking a driven and talented User Community Manager to join our Customer team. The User Community Manager will report to the Service Desk organization and be responsible for directly engaging and supporting customers across the operational spectrum fostering an informative and responsive support experience while reducing friction in all facets of the product’s usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct responses to customers’ engagement on a variety of platforms including email, chat, service desk tickets, and other feedback forums
  • Develop and implement an onboarding support program for individuals identified as Very Important Persons (VIPs) including military/government leaders and senior executives
  • Deliver escalated (Tier 2) support to users across the spectrum of user personas including VIPs and general users
  • Identify and support the development of user communications and training materials to improve the user experience and reduce friction
  • Represent the product at various industry and customer focused trade shows, conferences, and other events
  • Support the provisioning and onboarding of new users including issuance of derived credentials and other support related tasks


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a direct customer support role for one or more complex technical products
  • Demonstrated experience delivering technology support to various user personas including military/government leaders and senior executives
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must possess a DoD Security Clearance with a Tier 3 Investigation (Secret) 
  • Must be able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance with a Tier 5 Investigation
  • Must have an Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 (i.e., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CND, SSCP) certification or higher 
  • Must have a cloud industry computing environment certification or be able to obtain a Hypori certification with 3 months of the date of employment 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong working knowledge of computer office applications, and operating systems. (Linux, Android, and cloud solutions preferred) 
  • Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems
