Requirements:
- Masters and MBA level graduates with concentrations in quantitative and/or technical disciplines.
- 2-5 years of related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, decision science, data science, mathematics, information systems, computer science, statistics, or related field.
- Present in Las Vegas, NV for dates of the Program: August 15, 2022 - August 16, 2024 (two years at 40 hours a week)
Position Summary:
The Management Associate II role will be a leadership development role where the employee will engage in a variety of projects within IT, Treasury & Finance, Marketing, and Risk. The Associate will be asked to shadow and participate in an assortment of projects and tasks within many sub-domains within these areas. Associates will build their professional networks through cohort experiences, development training, and the creation of checkpoint projects which will challenge participants to identify a business problem and propose solutions to leadership.
Summary Essential Job Functions:
- Shadow and collaborate with various Bank sub-domains.
- Assist sub-domains in identifying business problems and proposing data-driven solutions to encountered obstacles.
- Engage with rotation-specific department activities to build understanding of the various functional areas of the Bank.
- Present program observations and ideas to leadership.
- Exemplify professionalism and a willingness to learn throughout the entirety of the program.
Management Associate Program Objectives:
- Identify and develop talent for future bank leadership roles
- Enhance regional employer brand recognition
- Build mastery through networking, shadowing, and experiential learning
- Promote awareness of organizational structure and operations
- Foster collaboration through cross-disciplinary experiences
- Share new ideas and encourage new ways of facing challenges

- Enhance the future talent pipeline for Bank leadership
- Provide cross-functional experiences to participants to build awareness of Credit One Bank divisions.
- Develop high-potential talent through leadership training programs
