ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to ensure our customers are achieving their desired outcomes while using our product. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be on-site at our office in Jardins, São Paulo, three times per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our product, and they have the best possible experience;
Proactively reaching out to customers to assess their needs and provide assistance;
Providing product training to customers and gathering feedback for improvements;
Managing customer relationships and creating strategies for customer retention.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales;
Proven track record of maintaining high customer retention rates;
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
Experience with CRM software.
BONUS SKILLS
Familiarity with AI or interest in the field;
Experience in a SaaS company;
Experience in an early-stage company;
Multilingual abilities.
