We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with expertise in business operations to join our team remotely. This role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, managing key accounts, and optimizing daily business operations to enhance efficiency and support our customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to drive success and growth.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address and resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently.
- Identify and resolve product-specific issues by coordinating with the concerned departments and ensuring effective closure.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflows and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Support customers in maximizing the use of data dashboards by resolving technical issues, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable insights to enhance their operational efficiency and overall business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, or Finance
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer success and business operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Strong skills in key account management and handling multiple clients.
As part of the hiring process, all candidates will be asked to complete an assessment. Cutoff qualification is 70%.
