Job Summary:

As a Customer Success Specialist at Be@me, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, dedicated to ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with our products and services. You will play an essential role in nurturing relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and contributing to an outstanding overall customer experience.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Manage and update customer records accurately using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service quality.
  • Assist customers in understanding our dental solutions by providing knowledgeable guidance.
  • Encourage customer engagement, including collecting customer feedback and photos when applicable.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, customer success, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle complex customer issues calmly and effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest or background in dental or healthcare fields is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Motivated to meet and exceed performance targets.
