Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, onboarding, and support.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their goals and needs.
  • Ensure clients are successfully using products/services and provide ongoing guidance.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating when needed.
  • Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, and take proactive steps to improve retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
