We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to drive customer engagement through
relationship building and training.

What you’ll do:
1stMILE Customer Success Specialists are at the heart of our business, they are
responsible for the successful launch and continued growth of the 1stMILE accounts in
their regions. As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll spend your day talking to 1stMILE
customers on the phone, reviewing their accounts, answering questions, and helping them
get the most out of our service.

Responsibilities:
• Connect with assigned customers via telephone and email.
• Teach new and existing customers how to use our products and services.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Technical Support, and the customer.
• Adress customer questions quickly and effectively.
• Log all calls and actions in the CRM system
• Perform related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience (telephone experience preferred)

• The ability to actively listen, seek information, ask questions and solve problems
• Experience with ticketing/CRM systems
• Experience supporting software and hardware products preferred
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Undergraduate college degree preferred, high school diploma or its equivalent is
required.
