As a Customer Success Specialist, you will:

  • Assist in delivering value to customers by helping them understand and maximize their investment in Acqueon.
  • Support customer adoption and satisfaction efforts to drive positive customer experiences.
  • Work closely with senior team members to manage customer relationships and ensure retention.
  • Help prepare and update strategic account plans under the guidance of experienced team members/ mentors.
  • Engage with customers globally to assist with onboarding and ongoing product usage.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, answering basic technical questions and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
  • Provide consulting guidance to customers to help them realize business value through Acqueon’s products.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategies and roadmaps for product and license expansion as well as improve adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist in tracking customer health metrics and identifying trends to improve customer engagement.
  • Contribute to team efforts by researching best practices and supporting process improvements.
  • Continuously learn about Acqueon’s platform, industry trends, and customer needs.

As a Customer Success Specialist in Acqueon you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, data analytics or a related field.
  • Experience working in or with healthcare or healthcare related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in CS or account management.
  • 2+ years working in tech/software.
  • Experience within or deep knowledge of SaaS.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • A proactive and customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • A team-player attitude with a willingness to learn from other colleagues.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work 4 days a week onsite in Acqueon's Dallas office.
