Focus: Onboarding, retention, relationship management, expansion and project management
SummaryAs a Customer Success Senior Associate, you are the "Architect" of the client journey. You own the heavy lifting of the client lifecycle, focusing on flawless onboarding, project management and relationship building.. Working in partnership with a CSM, you ensure the "Graphite Machine" runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for a project management pro who loves data, client management and wants to see how financial operations impact business growth at scale.
Primary Responsibilities- Onboarding Mastery: Support end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to Service Delivery through rigorous project management, documentation, organization skills and more. .
- Data Storytelling: Build the "Data Decks" for QBRs. You transform raw CRM and financial data into polished, actionable reports that the CSM uses to drive strategy.
- Project Governance: Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch. Ensure client feedback, escalations, and other opportunities/risks are managed appropriately with the client and service delivery
- Revenue Support: Proactively monitor client usage and needs to flag upsell opportunities for the CSM
- Monitor Client Health Sentiment: Proactively review client signals and be proactive in solving problems and capitalizing on opportunities. .
- Experience: 1–3 years in an onboarding/customer success role in a B2B Professional Services organization
- Project Management: Proven experience in implementation, onboarding or complex coordination. A PMP or CAPM certification is a massive advantage.
- Technical Excellence: Intermedia Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Visualization) and CRM hygiene.
- Soft skills - communication, organization, etc.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) or comparable experience in similar field.
