- 4 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Sales Administration, or Business Operations.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in knowledge and/or learning management systems such as Confluence, Glean, Highspot, Seismic, Letter AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Team player with a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc or equivalent) – advantage.
- Experience with CRM or CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) and Microsoft Office - advantage.
