Skills Required

  • Experience onboarding and managing client relationships to drive success
  • Proactive retention strategy creation and execution
  • Ability to identify and resolve client friction quickly
  • Experience using dashboards and data to measure and predict outcomes
  • Comfort with AI-augmented tools and tech-forward onboarding systems
  • Ability to work remotely, asynchronously, and on a flexible project basis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
