What you will do
You will be responsible for renewing and expanding our product through our customers, ensuring they get the maximum benefit from working with us
You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the typical business challenges faced by customers, aligning our features and business advantages to their needs
You will always be one step ahead, identifying risks for customers and proactively addressing them with a mitigation plan
You will strive for full utilization of customer orders, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth and increase presence
Where appropriate, you will network between customers and departments, maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders to advance the strategic direction of our development
Who you are
You have completed your studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification and have relevant professional experience
You are familiar with B2B customer development - ideally in the customer success field - and tracking all customer needs
You are used to working in a fast-paced, international environment and can manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously
You have experience with (CRM/CSM) tools (e.g., Salesforce), (optional) accounting tools (e.g. DATEV), and (optional) logistics tools (e.g. TMS/TNT)
Optional: You have already gained experience in project management
In addition to fluent German, you also have fluent English skills, French skills are a plus
