We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding through post-sales support, driving satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value. The role supports the Key Account Manager in maximizing customer value for Proximus Global. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer onboarding and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service implementation.
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities to increase portfolio value.
  • Manage the full contract life cycle, from initiation to renewal.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor customer usage and satisfaction to detect new opportunities or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Pricing and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing and proper process alignment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Graduate degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the wholesale telecommunications business.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • Creative problem-solver and proactive thinker.
  • Team player able to manage multiple customers and changing needs.
