As our Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and genuinely valued throughout their journey with us. You’ll act as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams - Sales, Technical Consultants, and Leadership - ensuring smooth communication, clear plans, and measurable outcomes.
Conducive has built trusted relationships with 35+ clients over the past five years. We’re looking for someone who will not only maintain these partnerships but also elevate them, a “professional relationship builder” who thrives on connecting with people, solving problems, and driving results.
While this role isn’t quota-bearing, it’s ideal for someone who’s comfortable with sales conversations and identifying growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate with our Sales team to facilitate renewals, license expansions, service upgrades, and cross-selling additional cybersecurity solutions.
