We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Renewals Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for our growing customer base. You will play a critical role in driving retention, reducing churn, and maximizing net revenue retention (NRR) through seamless and strategic renewal processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and successful contract execution.
  • Drive Net Retention Rates by proactively engaging with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Sales, and your portfolio of customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Rev Ops to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks.
  • Own renewal forecasting by providing weekly reporting on opportunity risk.
  • Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and multi-year options, in alignment with pricing policies and business goals.
  • Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers to capture additional value.

Additional Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in direct Renewals, nice to have experience within Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Account Management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills within a customer facing role
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and recurring revenue models
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention targets and managing high-volume renewals
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CPQ, CLM, or billing platforms is a plus

Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary between $90,000 to $120,000. On-target commissions for this role range is $35,000 annually. LinkSquares takes into consideration a number of factors when determining an employee’s starting salary, including work location, job-related skills, and relevant education, experience and training. The recruiter assigned to this role will share more information about the specific compensation and benefit details associated with this role during the hiring process.
