CSM Role – English speaking 

We’re seeking a commercially driven Customer Success Manager who excels at building strategic partnerships, uncovering revenue growth opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure customers maximize the value of Workwize while driving upsells, expansions, and renewals. 

If you thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and love the challenge of delivering top-tier customer support, this role is for you! Your day might include leading a QBR with a prospect. Strengthening relationships with key clients like Friesland Campina, Adyen, and Otrium. Engaging in an upsell discussion or contract renewal, and wrapping up with an internal strategy session on optimizing customer engagement. With diverse client needs, you’ll tailor your approach to deliver customized solutions. 


What You Will Do: 

  1. Drive customer success and satisfaction:
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. 
  • Strengthen client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and adoption. 
  • Be a proactive consultant, addressing client challenges before they arise. 
  1. Establish revenue growth by utilizing expansion potential:
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. 
  • Lead strategic conversations and maximize revenue potential backed by data and value-driven insights. 

 

What You Bring: 

  • Bachelor and/ or master's degree (or an interesting reason for dropping out) 
  • 2+ years in a client-facing role (AE or CSM), managing complex accounts, preferably in a SaaS company  
  • Proven ability to engage and present to executives and key decision-makers. 
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial with a passion for delivering value. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus). 
  • English communication skills both written and verbal - Business level
