You’ll join a collaborative team that’s focused on outcomes, shared success, and supporting both our customers and each other.
What you’ll do
- Be the primary contact for a portfolio of real estate clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Lead onboarding and deliver tailored training to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to drive measurable success.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and share insights with product, engineering, and sales.
- Manage renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and achieve account growth targets.
- Monitor engagement metrics and proactively reduce churn.
- Stay across product updates, industry developments, and share best practices with clients.
- Collaborate with your team to continuously refine and improve our customer success approach.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role (SaaS or real estate industry experience a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives on delivering value to clients.
- Comfortable presenting and delivering training both online and in-person (occasional travel may be required).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and act on success metrics.
