Cogniac is on a mission to innovate how industrial companies conduct visual inspection tasks. Our software leverages the latest in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to make computer vision easier, faster and more accurate. Our customers include well-known auto makers, rail companies, and federal government agencies

Job Summary:

A key member of the Customer Account Team, Cogniac is seeking a Customer Success Lead to manage an enterprise portfolio of customers and evangelize the Customer Success program within the company. In this role, you will own the post-sales and post-solution implementation relationship with clients to understand their needs and ensure they get the maximum value from our technology. Working closely with Cogniac’s account, technical, solutions, and professional services teams, you will become intimately familiar with customers’ business objectives, digital vision, work flows, and people to increase the utilization and extend the reach of the Cogniac platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will own the retention and growth of Cogniac’s customers. You will help customers across a variety of industries increase their productivity with the efficient application of their Cogniac solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and foster a trusted relationship with each client and drive continuous value of our products
  • Partner with senior executives to uncover business pains and develop a strategic roadmap 
  • Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities
  • Proactively identity areas of potential risk and remediation strategies
  • Become intimately familiar with the Cogniac platform and capabilities
  • Extensive project management and technical involvement of Cogniac’s deployment within a customer’s environment
  • Demonstrate leadership both within the company, and with a customer’s project team



Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a CSM, project management or account management role
  • Experience working with Fortune 1000 companies
  • A working knowledge of operations in industry or manufacturing a plus
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
  • The ability to influence stakeholders from individual contributors to VPs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with video/camera technology and/or AI platforms would be a huge plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent work experience
