We are actively seeking an extraordinarily talented Customer Success Manager to join our world-class sales team. In this position, you will focus on engaging and growing our MarTech customers. Our CSMs are responsible for managing day-to-day activities, identifying, and selling new direct mail programs, providing strategic recommendations, all while serving as an expert guide and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. 

In this role you will get to: 

Customer Facing Activities:

  • Consult with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives, and challenge them to ensure the solutions we deliver meaningfully impact their business
  • Schedule and facilitate consultation, solution, and check-in calls with customer
  • Find, negotiate, and close net new direct mail programs with existing clients
  • Set expectations around program performance, report performance to customer, and proactively engage with them to improve and optimize program performance to ensure they are happy with the value they receive from PFL
  • Actively manage inventory and PO balances; provide forecasting for restocking and recommendations on ways to repurpose existing inventory and remaining PO balance

Internal Activities:

  • Adhere to process within Salesforce to ensure good cross-departmental handoffs, communication, and accurate metrics with respect to revenue and pipeline forecasting.
  • Facilitate communications with Delivery and Fulfillment orgs to provide:
    • remarkable customer service, execution, and issue resolution
    • evolving services and product offerings aligned with customer needs
  • Contribute to the development of department best practices and processes

On day one we expect you to have: 

Required

  • 4+ years of experience selling to, consulting, or leading marketers with respect to their overall strategy
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented individual who wants to win
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in similar role
  • Understanding of how to leverage analytics tools and/or Excel to tell a story around optimizing programs and/or investing more in new programs/solutions

Beneficial

  • Experience with automated direct mail, at PFL or elsewhere, a plus
  • Understanding of PFL software, delivery, and fulfillment processes, and experience product offerings.

Salary: $80K + Commissions
