Position Overview:As we continue to expand our global client base, ENESTECH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our international clientele.

Working conditions:

  • Flexibility: Be comfortable with a 2-on, 2-off work schedule (2 days on, 2 days off).
  • Availability: Work from 3 PM to 11 PM Kyiv time. Candidates may work fully remotely, but those in Kyiv are welcome to work from the office if desired.


Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

  • Conduct onboarding calls for new customers and provide support via chat.
  • Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using technical methods and tools.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the software.
  • Provide demonstrations of software updates to current and prospective customers.

Customer Care:

  • Build customer loyalty and minimize churn.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the organization.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
