We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Research Practice in the Payers, Providers and Governments group, supporting the growth and adoption of innovative solutions that advance clinical and health research. As a Customer Success Manager you will work closely with clients and IQVIA employees to maximize and expand use and value derived from deployed technology.
In this role you will collaborate closely with different IQVIA teams to promote use of our technologies.
What we are looking for:
BSc in medicine, biomedical sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
One to five years of work experience in the health care sector, life sciences or data analytics/data science. More related experience in Project Management and/or Service Delivery is required.
Experience with client and stakeholder management and networking.
The ability to interact and influence at all levels in both hospitals and in future the IQVIA organisation.
Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude and willingness to help others.
Experience with teaching, providing training or hosting workshops and/or providing support and/or coaching to immediate co-workers, employees within the same company or external parties.
The ability to translate complicated technical information in a comprehensible way to HCPs, clients and other IQVIA employees.
The ability to translate clinical/health care questions and needs from HCPs into a search strategy and query that retrieves patients-of-interest and data-of-interest.
Used to working in an interdisciplinary team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & German, including ability to train, present and deal tactfully and in a service-oriented way with clients.

• An understanding of or experience with searching through, handling and/or analyzing complex (medical) data.
• Knowledge of the structure of electronic health records and how information is recorded by medical professionals.
