Your role
Own day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of KAM accounts, building trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across research, insights, strategy, and increasingly at VP and Director level.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business priorities, use cases, and success metrics — and proactively connect Statista’s platform to the problems they are trying to solve.
Maintain an up-to-date account health picture for every account in your portfolio — usage trends, stakeholder changes, risk signals, and expansion indicators.
Be the client’s primary point of contact for onboarding, adoption, value realisation, and renewal — and the person they call when they want to get more from the platform.
Your profile
2–4 years of B2B Customer Success experience, with a track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts in a subscription-based model.
Proven ability to drive platform adoption and demonstrate value to clients — turning usage data and client outcomes into compelling renewal and expansion conversations.
Commercial instinct — you understand that CS is a revenue function and you approach client conversations with that mindset.
Strong relationship-building skills — you can build trust with operational contacts and progressively develop access to more senior stakeholders.
Proactive and organised — you manage a portfolio with structure, maintain accurate records, and never let a renewal sneak up on you.
Comfortable with data — you can analyse usage reports, health scores, and account trends to identify risk and opportunity.
Collaborative partner to sales — you understand where CS ends and commercial ownership begins, and you work the boundary effectively.
