With the data from the FWW fund database, FWW supports fund advisors and investors in making informed investment decisions.
We are looking immediately to expand our team in Haar near Munich: Customer Success Manager - Data Solutions (m/f/d) in full-time.
You help our customers transmit fund data from the fund company to ISS FWW in regulated formats.
This requires written and telephone communication with our customers.
You are also responsible for coordinating and monitoring the maintenance of data and documents on investment funds.
Your profile:
Fluent German and English language in spoken and written form
Precise, independent, and reliable working style with a high standard of quality
Open, communicative nature
Enjoyment in interacting with customers
Logical, customer-oriented, and solution-oriented thinking
Basic technical understanding
Experience in customer support or after sales support
Interest in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Quick comprehension and high self-motivation
Ideally, experience/training in the financial sector
