Cycode Solution Architect Role

Cycode Solution Architects are product experts within the Customer Experience department. We play a critical role in guiding customers toward the successful adoption of the Cycode Complete ASPM platform, enabling them to achieve visibility, effectively prioritize security issues, and implement robust remediation strategies. 

In this role, you will partner closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver hands-on technical service and strategic guidance to Cycode strategic customers.  

As a Cycode Solution Architect, you will be a trusted advisor and respected expert, empowering customer technical teams to implement and operationalize Application Security best practices. Your expertise will directly translate into faster time-to-value for customers and the realization of new business value.  

You'll spend your time:

• Provide expert guidance to customers on security technical questions and Cycode product adoption.  
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to prepare for and actively participate in customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).  
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer's technical environment and refining customer-facing best practices for Cycode product adoption.  
• Lead train-the-trainer workshops to enable customer internal-enablement teams on the Cycode product.. 
• Partner with Cycode Research, Product, and R&D teams to identify opportunities for product improvements based on field requirements.
• Design scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions and conducting regular reviews of customer implementations, providing actionable recommendations to maximize product value.  
• Provide proactive technical guidance to ensure successful and faster implementation.
• Establish strong working relationships with customer Application Security (AppSec) teams, DevOps, DevSecOps, Product Security, and Developers across various levels of seniority and engagement.

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Customer Success Engineer (CSE), Technical Account Manager (TAM), Solutions Engineer, Enablement Manager, or in a similar technical role
• Extensive background in software engineering, with a specialization in backend technologies.  
• Proven experience implementing AppSec tools (including SAST, SCA, NHI, and security within CI/CD pipelines) for Fortune 100 companies, including the ability to build and adapt implementation plans from the ground up.  
• Strong proficiency in container orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift, with the ability to navigate and manage these environments (must-have).  
• Familiarity with Terraform and automated deployments in Kubernetes.  
• Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools, including Source Code Management systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).  
• Comfortable working with various cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).  
• Experience utilizing and scripting with REST APIs for automation and data extraction.  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving complex issues.  
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and self-education.  
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.  
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to achieve common goals.
