Health Gorilla is hiring a Customer Success Engineer who will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional value to our customers throughout their entire journey, from pre-sales to implementation and ongoing support. What you will do at Health Gorilla:

  • Customer Engagement: Partner with the sales team during the pre sales phase to provide technical insights, demo solutions, and assess fit for the customer's needs.
  • Implementation: Drive the technical aspects of the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and integration of solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for customers, helping resolve complex issues related to HL7, FHIR, and other data exchange protocols.
  • Customer Training: Conduct training sessions for customers, enabling them to effectively use our products and optimize their workflows.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Product Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the development teams to help shape future product enhancements.

What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of experience working in healthcare IT, customer success, or a related role.
  • Experience working with RESTful and/or SOAP APIs to integrate and automate workflows
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards, including HL7, FHIR, and CDA.
  • Experience with Mirth (or other integration engines) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer value.

What You Will Love About Us!

  • Health Gorilla takes a market-based approach to pay, and the base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $150,000, based on experience and geography. Please note that ranges may be modified at any time, and there is no guarantee offers will be at the top of a posted range.
