Customer Success Associates engage daily with PFL’s MarTech clients, delivering customer success through outstanding execution, clear communication, and teamwork. This role involves executing on marketing campaigns for Martech customers.to ensure impactful results and satisfaction.

Excel at developing relationships and have experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and growing revenue. Strong analytical skills and experience in digital marketing campaign execution are ideal.

The Details:
- Compensation is $50K-$52K (paid hourly), based on experience.
Remote work may be available in AR, AZ, CO, FL, IN, KY, MI, MT, NC, NJ, NY, OR, OH, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA
