What's involved:
Identifying and engaging high-value customers who align with our growth plans and building long-term partnerships that create value for everyone involved.
Understanding how customers operate and uncovering opportunities to improve efficiency, optimise designs and deliver tailored solutions.
Supporting the successful onboarding of strategic customers and helping ensure a seamless experience from day one.
Partnering with sales, manufacturing and operational teams to align customer requirements with business capability and deliver outstanding outcomes.
Acting as a technical subject matter expert, sharing insights and supporting internal teams with specialist Frame & Truss knowledge.
Providing market intelligence, customer insights and industry expertise that contribute to business planning, customer retention and future growth opportunities.
Championing customer-focused improvements while balancing commercial outcomes and operational effectiveness.
About You:

What you'll need:
Solid experience within the Frame & Truss industry across design, estimating, sales or related technical functions.
Strong knowledge of Frame & Truss and flooring systems, including the ability to interpret residential and commercial construction plans.
Proven customer engagement, relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.
Experience identifying opportunities for value engineering, optimisation and commercially viable customer solutions.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities.
Relevant construction, structural design or Frame & Truss qualifications, or equivalent industry expertise.
A commitment to safety, collaboration and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
