About the Role
- We’re looking for a Solution Engineer who is passionate about bridging the gap between customers, sales, and engineering. This role is perfect for someone with basic coding knowledge who’s eager to learn and grow in the world of AI-driven solutions. You’ll work directly with customers, understand their requirements, and translate those needs into real product improvements and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with sales and engineering teams to design and deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Customer Engagement: Gather and understand customer requirements, especially around AI agents and prompt customisation.
- Hands-On Execution: Make adjustments to AI prompts and configurations to meet customer expectations.
- Feedback Loop: Provide structured feedback to the engineering team on customer needs, solution gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Operational Delivery: Partner with the Operations (Ops) team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of customer requests and solutions.
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of exposure in technical support or related fields.
- Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) and a willingness to deepen technical skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, operations, and customers.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
- Interest in AI/ML, conversational AI, or agent-based solutions is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role (internship, project, or professional) is a bonus, but not required.
