College Press, part of Springer Nature, is looking for motivated and passionate recent graduates to join our Customer Services Department as part of a 12-month Graduate Trainee Programme.

This programme provides practical, hands-on experience, allowing you to contribute to customer support and develop skills for a career in publishing.

Minimum Requirements
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Responsible, motivated, and proactive attitude

  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask

  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations and raise invoices for telephone, online, and walk-in customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

  • Follow up on quotations and customer orders, including backorders, to ensure completion and customer satisfaction

  • Liaise with Finance for accurate customer account reconciliations

  • Maintain updated customer databases and accurate records of orders, quotations, invoices, and backorders

  • Attend to walk-in customers promptly and professionally

  • Support the Customer Services team in daily administrative tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives
