Coordinate customer logistics and shipments using ERP/SAP and customer portals. Maintain shipment programs, update ERP data, manage scorecards and disputes, support audits (MMOG/LE, ACL, LMPR), liaise with carriers and clients, and provide internal training to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO

Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería (Deseable)

Idioma: Español, Inglés de Negocios; y otro

Experiencia: en servicio al cliente, control de producción, planeador de materiales,

analista de embarques.

Conocimientos: Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, mediante la entrega de los productos de manera oportuna, administrando la comunicación efectiva y asegurando el cumplimiento de sus requerimientos logísticos.

Manejo de Portales Web de Clientes automotrices y otras industrias.

Principales tareas y responsabilidades:

Entregar información en Portal de clientes antes de la fecha/hora indicada
Revisión, seguimiento y mantenimiento diario de los sistemas de clientes
Administrar, Crear y Actualizar sistema ERP
Recepción de requerimientos, ingresarlos y comunicarlos a la organización.
Administrar SAP (Releases, núm. de parte con PO, pesos, dimensiones, niveles de ing.)
Disputar penalizaciones de los clientes y asegurar el SCORECARD
Interactuar con involucrados en la solución de problemas de Embarques y/o Clientes
Revisión de programas de embarques y cumplimiento hasta la entrega a destino final
Dar instrucciones/Capacitaciones impartidas por cliente a personal interno relacionado
Mediar la relación entre empresa-cliente, transportistas-Organización
Revisión de entregas a clientes en Sistema y atención a requerimientos del cliente
Requerir, a transportistas propios y de cliente, programación de acuerdo con ventanas
Compartir Programa de Embarques y Ventanas a interesados
Coordinar cualquier cambio de ingeniería, locaciones o alta, etc.
Actualización de información con evidencia para Auditorías MMOG, ACL, LMPR, etc.
Conocer portales de Empaque de los clientes y apoyar en actividades de escalamiento,
Parametrización y desarrollo de los módulos del ERP que apliquen (ARCs, etc)
Revisión de cuentas de Gastos de proveedores de transporte que apliquen.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering
  • Spanish and Business-level English (other languages beneficial)
  • Experience in customer service, production control, materials planning, or shipping analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP, EDI and SAP systems
  • Experience using customer web portals and customer packaging portals
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / WCM
  • Basic logistics and foreign trade knowledge (R.C.G.M.C.E)
  • Familiarity with Core Tools
  • Knowledge/experience with MMOG/LE, ACL, LMPR
  • Strong teamwork and effective communication skills
  • Ability to administer, create and update ERP modules and parameters (ARCs, releases, part numbers, weights/dimensions)
