Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering
- Spanish and Business-level English (other languages beneficial)
- Experience in customer service, production control, materials planning, or shipping analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP, EDI and SAP systems
- Experience using customer web portals and customer packaging portals
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / WCM
- Basic logistics and foreign trade knowledge (R.C.G.M.C.E)
- Familiarity with Core Tools
- Knowledge/experience with MMOG/LE, ACL, LMPR
- Strong teamwork and effective communication skills
- Ability to administer, create and update ERP modules and parameters (ARCs, releases, part numbers, weights/dimensions)
