TQI Solutions is seeking a Customer Service & Tech Support Representative to support Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard in Pearl Harbor, HI. In this role, you will provide technical support and customer service by assisting users with IT issues, logging and resolving help desk requests, escalating complex problems, and ensuring smooth IT operations following established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly IT support to users.
- Log, track, and respond to support requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues by searching documentation and previous cases.
- Escalate complex or high-impact issues when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of user interactions and resolutions.
- Assist with equipment setup, movement, and service coordination.
- Follow change control procedures and ensure smooth IT operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Junior: 1-4 years’ experience.
- Journeyman: 5+ years’ experience.
- CompTIA Security+ Certification (Required)
- Recent experience working in an IT Help Desk or similar support role.
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. Candidates must be eligible for a background investigation.
