• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat platforms.
• Provide detailed product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently with empathy and patience, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Manage orders, returns, and exchanges smoothly and accurately.
