SUMMARY
As a LoadUp Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first contact point for our Loader teams and consumers. You will provide a customer-centric experience through phone calls, texts, chats, and emails. People who choose this position are effective communicators, creatively helpful, able to perform well in complex situations, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive under pressure. QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of call center customer service experience
- Ability to work at night and on the weekends
- Problem-solving ability; creative thinking
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Personable; positive attitude; fun to be around; collaborative spirit

- Ability to commute to the Alpharetta, GA office
