We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by phone, email, chat, or in person.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information when necessary.
  • Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate trends or feedback to management.
  • Meet established customer service standards, productivity goals, response-time requirements, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Protect confidential customer and company information.
  • Follow company policies, security procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, billing, operations, technical support, shipping, and other departments.
  • Perform additional administrative and customer-support duties as assigned.
