The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customer questions, orders, account issues, product or service information, complaints, and general assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, policies, orders, accounts, and company procedures.
Listen carefully to customer concerns and determine the most appropriate solution.
Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, payments, refunds, and account updates as applicable.
Track customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM or customer service system.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and expectations have been met.
Escalate complex, technical, billing, or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, procedures, and promotions.
Assist customers with account setup, password or access issues, billing questions, and other account-related needs.
Coordinate with sales, operations, billing, shipping, technical support, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends or feedback to management.
Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information.
Meet established customer service standards, quality goals, response-time requirements, and productivity targets.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Handle difficult or upset customers calmly, respectfully, and professionally.
Participate in training sessions and remain current on new products, services, systems, and policies.
Contribute to a positive team environment and assist coworkers when needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, administrative, or related experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
