Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Associate at Invictus, you will:

- Offer detailed information about our event marketing services and fundraising initiatives to clients, enhancing their experience.
- Address customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring satisfaction with proactive solutions.
- Keep customer records up to date, ensuring accurate and organized information.
- Help clients with event registration and perform event-related tasks as necessary to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with team members to ensure optimal customer service and event success.
- Gather insights from clients to help improve service quality and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
The ideal Client Services Associate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with clients and teams effectively.
- A customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
