Summary:
Provide phone-based customer support and resolve inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Description:
- Answer inbound customer calls.
- Assist with account questions, orders, and service issues.
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
