The role is reporting to the VP, Obesity and will collaborate closely with the Customer Service Lead.
The Position
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in project coordination and task management, ensuring the seamless execution of business activities in collaboration with stakeholders within IO-SO (International Operations-Strategic Operations), Regions, affiliates, and Global. Additionally, they will be responsible for fostering organizational engagement and driving effective communication strategies, while also providing support for ad-hoc project management tasks across all Therapeutic areas within Novo Nordisk.

  • Plan and coordinate business activities in collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure initiatives run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
  • Drive the organization's readiness, energy, and ownership of the new customer service setup by fostering the right level of engagement and adoption of upcoming changes.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and timely communication to the organization using various channels, reports, newsletters, and the IO CS community network.
  • Assist with budgeting, planning, and other ad-hoc project management tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate strategic and tactical project management activities


Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in a relevant field such as Communication, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a similar discipline. Experience as a consultant or change communicator, involvement in global project rollouts, and managing change for large business transformation initiatives within a global organization is highly appreciated. Customer service or customer engagement principles experience is advantageous, along with the ability to influence others, maintain focus, and demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication and visual creativity. Experience in the learning and development field is also seen as an advantage.

  • Demonstrated project management experience (5+ years) with a preference for agile project execution models
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry across the value chain
  • Experience in change management for large business transformation initiatives
  • Proficiency in customer service or customer engagement principles
