ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Assist Customer Service Department and Staff in providing customers with highest quality of care and attention in all areas including installation and ongoing operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Support Field Service and Distributors in providing quality service through communication and fulfillment of orders and parts at customer sites
  • Assist in overseeing all customer orders, installations, and documentation to meet agreed standards, schedules, and costs
  • Maintain and update Device History records and Service reports of all systems
  • Coordinate the return of defective material from the field which includes requesting RMAs from vendors and recording all returned material and parts failure analysis for regulatory review
  • Maintain the Installation Matrix for both product lines within division
  • Learn and maintain high knowledge of products
  • Administrative work including revenue monitoring and KPI’s, on time delivery (OTD), reporting, and any other projects as required
  • Provide backup services to Shipping as needed
  • Implement CAPAs
  • Attend and complete all required training and certification exams

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degrees or equivalent experience preferred 
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service business, 1+ year experience
  • Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel
  • Must be able to assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations to management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment
  • Customer focused with exceptional problem solving skills

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • You must be excellent with technology, and be able demonstrate proficiency with MS Office package, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 
  • Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time 
  • Interaction with x-ray devices; for this reason strict safety and tracking programs are in place, requiring the utilization of dose monitoring equipment either full time or as necessitated by situation
  • The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus
