Luxury fashion lifestyle brand, Aspinal of London, are looking for Christmas Temporary workers to join our Customer Services team at our HQ in Haslemere, West Sussex. Christmas is our peak trading period and we are looking for additional support from October until January. At Aspinal, we do things differently. We believe in creating the most amazing experiences for both our customers as well as our team members.
This role will mainly be based at our HQ in Haslemere with the possibility of 1 or 2 days a week working from home once you are fully trained.
Duties:
- First point of customer contact over phone and emails.
- Brand Ambassador, responsible for ensuring that every interaction on our calls and emails exceeds our customers expectations.
- Working to team sales and satisfaction targets.
- Owning the customer service from order through to delivery and aftercare.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
- Leading by example during every customer interaction.
