- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts based on a deep understanding of their business challenges.

- Provide knowledgeable responses on services and products to consumer inquiries

Customer Sales Manager Key Qualifications:
- Experience in a retail, customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Windows and macOS
- Dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
