From our humble beginnings as a motoring enthusiast’s club, the New Zealand AA (Automobile Association) has grown into a large, dynamic organisation offering many services and products to more than 1.8 million Members.
We currently have a full time Customer Sales Consultant position, working Tuesday - Saturday at our AA Centre on Constellation Drive, North Shore.
What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As the face of the AA in our Constellation Drive Centre, you’ll bring a bubbly personality and customer-first approach to every interaction.
As a Customer Sales Consultant, you’ll:
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services
Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service
Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors
Handle a variety of tasks, including processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions

We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven retail and sales experience, with confidence in achieving targets
Brings a high-energy, positive, and bubbly personality to work every day
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns quickly
Is a natural team player who lifts the energy of those around them
Enjoys connecting with people and making every interaction memorable
A second language (e.g., Mandarin or other) would be preferred but not essential

What We Do
The New Zealand Automobile Association (AA) is a nationwide membership organisation supporting personal members and business vehicles. It provides 24/7 roadside assistance, motoring and travel services, insurance, driver training, vehicle servicing, and member benefits. The AA also represents members’ interests and supports road safety, sustainable mobility, and community programmes, helping New Zealanders travel safely and confidently on and off the road.
