About the role
We have an opportunity for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Service Delivery team in Lower Hutt. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for new customers, guiding them through their Smartly onboarding journey - from setup through to go-live.
You’ll manage a portfolio of customers at different stages, juggle multiple priorities, coordinate implementation activity across internal teams, and make sure the right things happen at the right time. You’ll need to be confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and able to positively influence progress - keeping customers engaged and implementation moving forward.
This is a busy, fast-paced, high-volume role where no two days are the same, so you’ll need to be comfortable solving problems, managing your workload independently, and adapting as you go.
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll:
· Be the central point of contact for a portfolio of new customers
· Represent Smartly with professionalism, confidence, and care
· Coordinate task completion across internal teams to meet go-live timelines
· Guide customers through self-service onboarding and software setup
· Troubleshoot roadblocks and provide practical, compliant solutions
· Communicate clearly and proactively throughout the onboarding process
· Collaborate closely with Sales, Learning & Development, Customer Support, and other delivery teams
· Identify opportunities to enhance the customer’s solution during implementation
